The BMC Helix Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing applications on the BMC Helix platform, collaborating with teams to create functional solutions, and ensuring high-quality deliverables through testing and documentation.

Design and govern enterprise digital solutions on the Skadina platform. Define end-to-end architecture, integration/API designs, technical standards, and documentation. Ensure scalability, security, and performance. Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and infrastructure teams; review and approve technical designs and provide technical leadership throughout project lifecycles.

Lead creation and governance of the Ministry's digital branding and creative assets. Develop concepts, oversee asset production, maintain visual consistency and accessibility, and create/maintain digital identity guidelines.

Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, document, and manage requirements, create BRDs, map user journeys and processes, develop UAT scenarios, manage change requests, and ensure alignment with Ministry technical standards during digital transformation projects.

Lead and execute on-premise ServiceNow instance migration to ServiceNow on GCP: assessment, architecture, cloning, MID Server/GCP configuration, script and integration remediation, testing, cutover, and post-go-live hypercare.

Design and lead development of secure digital applications and integrations using .NET/Angular/SQL Server. Implement CI/CD, HA/failover, MFA/WAF/encryption/SSO, prepare architecture documents, and support testing and performance/security validation.

Manage and optimize digital content across channels by analyzing user behavior and engagement, monitoring Core Web Vitals, building performance dashboards, applying SEO and accessibility best practices, maintaining style guides, and ensuring content clarity and usability.

Design and optimize user journeys, develop and maintain a unified design system, create and supervise interactive prototypes and wireframes, ensure WCAG/W3C accessibility compliance, conduct usability reviews, and collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and designers to improve digital user experiences.

Lead design, development, and delivery of solutions on the Skadina platform. Provide technical leadership and mentorship, translate requirements into technical designs, review code, coordinate with architects/QA/business analysts, support integration/testing/deployments, troubleshoot issues, and ensure performance, security, and scalability.
