Translate subtitle files from Korean to English, proofreading for accuracy and cultural sensitivity. Manage projects to ensure timely delivery and compliance with quality standards, while collaborating with the translation team.

Create and review SDH subtitle files, adapt to client style guides, and maintain confidentiality while meeting tight deadlines.

Create English closed captions, SDH, transcripts and dialogue lists; annotate key phrases; check subtitles for technical specs, sync and style compliance; proofread assets, report bugs, follow security policies, work on-call/rotational shifts, and participate in localization training.

Proofread and edit Chinese↔Korean translations for dubbing and subtitling using client tools and Pixelogic's cloud subtitling software. Ensure glossary and style-guide consistency, handle rejections and corrections, meet tight deadlines, maintain confidentiality, and adapt to evolving client requirements.

Coordinate dubbing and localization project assets and tasks, liaise between internal teams and clients, track schedules, report status, maintain project documentation, perform data entry, and escalate issues to Project Managers.

Manage payroll processing (bi-weekly), perform compensation analysis and salary benchmarking, conduct equity and compliance analyses, clean and analyze ATS/payroll data, develop HR dashboards and KPIs, support merit increases, reconcile benefits billing, prepare payroll reports, and advise HR leaders on workforce metrics and process improvements.

Oversee dubbing operations, including casting, translating, and directing in Korea. Collaborate with technical teams, ensure quality standards, and train staff.
