Plan, build, and optimize cross-channel paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic DSPs. Implement GTM and GA4 tracking, run A/B tests, analyze performance, manage budgets, and provide creative and landing page recommendations to maximize conversions and ROAS. Work with large-scale datasets, measure impact, integrate solutions, evaluate new technologies, document improvements, and collaborate with business and technical teams to iterate on analytics-driven solutions.

Develop and optimize components of an end-to-end ML platform (data pipelines, training, serving, monitoring). Collaborate with data and research scientists to productionize models, measure impact, identify and fix pipeline bottlenecks, and evaluate new technologies for high-scale, low-latency ML systems.

Own QA process for AscendX mobile SDKs (Android, iOS, Unity). Validate SDK functionality across devices and OS versions, test ad request/response and mediation flows, develop automation frameworks and regression suites, integrate tests with CI/CD, and collaborate with engineers and product managers for release readiness.

Drive new business and market expansion by sourcing and closing enterprise and agency deals for the KNOREX XPO platform. Build C-level relationships, execute targeted sales strategies, manage pipeline and quotas, and represent the company at industry events.
