Develop and maintain backend applications throughout the software development lifecycle. Lead and coordinate automated testing standards and implementations across business units for a web microservices environment. Design unified test strategies, oversee test infrastructure and reporting, drive adoption of automated functional, regression, performance and load tests, mentor teams, and ensure consistent high-quality software delivery.

Implement and maintain APM solutions, build dashboards and alerts, analyse performance data to find bottlenecks, collaborate with SRE and infrastructure teams, run incident response and performance testing, deploy/configure APM agents, document best practices, and resolve support requests.

Design, develop, and optimise T‑SQL database solutions for high‑volume, business‑critical systems. Author and review stored procedures, functions, triggers and indexes; analyse execution plans and resolve performance bottlenecks. Support developers and DBAs, contribute to data modelling, retention policies, and production incident resolution while improving database development standards.
