Leads educational projects from planning through delivery, managing scope, timelines, resources, risks, stakeholders, quality, and cross-functional collaboration. The role oversees multiple initiatives, prepares project reporting, facilitates meetings, resolves issues, improves delivery processes, and supports educational programs aligned with business objectives across Education, Product, Operations, and Technology teams.

Oversee daily accounting and financial operations, including period-end close, financial statement preparation, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow monitoring, internal controls, compliance, audits, and financial analysis. Provide insights to senior management, identify risks and opportunities, and lead the finance and accounting team.

Leads budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, management reporting, and scenario planning. Provides executives and business leaders with insights into profitability, cash flow, KPIs, risks, and growth opportunities. Partners with business units to improve performance and cost efficiency, supports the CFO with strategic analysis and business cases, and strengthens FP&A processes, reporting standards, controls, and data reliability.
