Manage and optimize Facebook and Instagram campaigns to drive acquisition, leads, and subscriptions. Build audiences, run A/B tests, manage budgets, track metrics (CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, CVR, ROAS), analyze performance, scale campaigns, work with creative teams, and report insights.

Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, budget management, conversion tracking (GA4/GTM), A/B tests, and performance analysis to drive leads, subscriptions, and improve ROAS. Coordinate with creative teams and prepare regular reports.

Support product design, development, testing, and enhancement across Full-Stack, Data Analytics, QA, or AI tracks. Build web apps, APIs, databases, dashboards; perform manual testing; analyze data; and assist with LLM/ML features while collaborating in an Agile team under mentorship.

Optimize website and subscription funnels to increase registrations and paid subscribers through analysis, A/B testing, user-behavior tools, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous measurement of conversion metrics.

Ensure the website chatbot functions smoothly: test and fix conversation flows, update responses and FAQs, analyze interactions, track performance and feedback, collaborate with Product/Marketing/Support, document workflows, and enable seamless handoff to live agents.

Monitor and analyze operational performance, build and automate reports and dashboards, track KPIs, perform root-cause analysis, recommend process improvements, support forecasting and capacity planning, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve operational efficiency and data accuracy.
