Oversee daily accounting and financial operations, including period-end close, financial statement preparation, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow monitoring, internal controls, compliance, audits, and financial analysis. Provide insights to senior management, identify risks and opportunities, and lead the finance and accounting team.

Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 7+ years of relevant finance/accounting experience, preferably with experience in a controlling role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Excellent knowledge of ERP/accounting systems and Excel.
- Strong understanding of internal controls and financial processes.
- Experience with audits, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent certification is a strong plus.
- Experience in the EdTech, technology, or high-growth environment is a plus.
Skills Required
