Build cloud-based and hybrid backend services, APIs, data integrations, investigation workflows, search and analytics capabilities, and AI-powered features. Designs and maintains automated end-to-end, integration, UI, and API test frameworks for video management systems. Performs performance, load, endurance, stress, and scalability testing; builds test environment orchestration and CI/CD integrations; investigates distributed-system failures; documents defects and validates fixes. Collaborates with development, QA, and product teams within Agile/Kanban processes. Requires expertise in C#, .NET, SQL, PowerShell, video streaming, codecs, networking, databases, and distributed systems.

Plan and execute manual and automated software tests for Genetec’s Security Center video management platform across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. Validate functionality, stability, usability, compatibility, integrations, APIs, and security. Develop automation frameworks, provision test environments, integrate tests with CI/CD pipelines, and investigate, document, and track defects with development teams.

Own sales performance and territory development across Poland and the Adriatic region. Identify and pursue new business, build pipeline, conduct customer meetings, manage forecasts and quotas, develop relationships with end users, integrators, consultants, and partners, prepare proposals and quotes, maintain CRM data, and stay informed about Genetec solutions, market conditions, and competitors. The role requires Polish and English fluency and travel up to 60%.
