As a Product / UX Designer, you will help define and design a modern, cloud-based security operations experience. Working closely with Product Managers, engineers, and customer-facing teams, you will transform complex workflows into intuitive and effective user experiences while influencing the evolution of a strategic product area. 

• Own UX design from discovery through delivery, including research, interaction design, prototyping, validation, and iteration. 

• Design end-to-end workflows across monitoring, investigation, response, and administration experiences. 

• Translate product vision into tested interaction models, reusable patterns, and production-ready designs. 

• Conduct customer research and workflow analysis to uncover opportunities and validate solutions. 

• Create prototypes and design explorations that help shape product direction and the future user experience. 

• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to define scalable interaction patterns and design system solutions. 

• Contribute to UX standards and best practices across the operator experience portfolio. 

• 5+ years of strong product design experience across research, interaction design, prototyping, and delivery. 

• Experience designing complex B2B, enterprise, operational, or data-intensive software products. 

• Proven ability to transform complex problems into intuitive user experiences. 

• Strong skills across research, interaction design, prototyping, and product thinking. 

• Passion for understanding customer workflows and translating insights into product decisions. 

• Experience with design systems, component libraries, and reusable interaction patterns. 

• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across product and engineering teams. 

• Experience with modern design, prototyping, and AI-assisted design tools.

The salary range for this position is above the collective agreement and, depending on training, qualifications, and professional experience, starts from EUR 60,000 gross annually.
