Finance Assistant responsible for billing, invoicing, accounts receivable administration, client rebates, revenue accruals, journal preparation, reconciliations, reporting, and month-end support. The role manages project setup and billing in an ERP system, resolves invoice queries, supports debt collection, maintains client records, and contributes to finance process improvements and automation.

Own Clinigen’s global third-party risk management framework and NAVEX RiskRate workflow. Oversee risk-based due diligence, sanctions screening, escalations, approvals, monitoring, remediation, reporting, and lifecycle controls. Partner with Procurement, Legal, Finance, Quality, and Operations to ensure third parties are appropriately vetted, documented, and not engaged before approval. Support audit readiness, GxP handoffs, process adoption, and continuous improvement of the TPRM program.

Provide commercial legal advice for EU, US & ROW business unit; lead complex negotiations for global distribution and commercialisation agreements; draft, review and negotiate international commercial contracts; partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams; ensure multi-jurisdictional compliance and support legal projects to completion.
