Requirements
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who has operated at significant scale and is equally comfortable discussing business performance with an executive leader, coaching a leadership team, working through an organization design, and building the capabilities of an HRBP organization.
- Significant progressive HR leadership experience.
- Significant experience leading HR Business Partnering in a complex, global organization.
- Experience partnering directly with C-suite executives, business presidents, general managers or comparable senior leaders.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Deep experience in organization design, workforce planning, executive talent, succession and change.
- Experience leading geographically dispersed HR teams.
- A track record of navigating transformation, organizational change and complex talent decisions.
- Experience in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, healthcare services or another regulated industry is strongly preferred.
- Experience within a private equity-backed or similarly high-growth, performance-oriented environment would be particularly valuable.
- M&A and integration experience is highly desirable.
The Leadership Profile
Commercial. You understand the business first and bring HR expertise to help it perform.
Strategic and practical. You can operate at enterprise level while ensuring strategy translates into action.
Courageous. You are comfortable challenging senior executives constructively and having difficult conversations when necessary.
Global. You know when consistency matters and when local context matters more.
Talent-minded. You build leadership capability and organizations rather than simply filling positions.
Change-oriented. You are energized by transformation and comfortable operating where everything is not already perfectly defined.
Why Clinigen?
For the right HR leader, this is an opportunity to have meaningful impact. You'll work directly with our CHRO and senior leadership team, lead a global HRBP organization and help shape how Clinigen builds the leadership, capabilities, organization and culture required for its next chapter.
