Lead translation of NEI's responsible investing and stewardship activities into compelling sales narratives and materials. Act as subject matter expert, build advisor and institutional relationships, support sales and marketing with presentations, webinars, and content, and identify growth opportunities to integrate RI into client strategies across channels.

Perform estates settlements, journal processing, tax document issuance and account reviews for client estate accounts. Maintain regulatory checklists and procedures, manage inquiries, track backlog status, support process improvements, and participate in committee and regulatory monitoring activities.

Lead and execute internal audit engagements per the approved plan and IIA standards. Assess risk management, internal controls and governance; communicate findings and remediation with management; liaise with third-party auditors; mentor junior staff; and propose process improvements using data analytics and visualization to enhance audit effectiveness and reporting.

The Financial Reporting Analyst assists in preparing financial reports, complex journal entries, and accounting papers, supporting audits and maintaining documentation.

Manage and build operational relationships with correspondent partners, ensure service excellence, coordinate partner conversions and implementations, liaise across internal teams to resolve issues, produce SLA reporting, support projects to improve processes and operational efficiency, and develop documentation and partner communications.
