Drive research, persona and journey mapping, sales enablement, service definition, team hiring and mentorship, quality control, and executive storytelling to deliver digital transformation outcomes across commerce, CRM, and self-service channels.

Serve as a trusted advisor managing Salesforce portfolios: drive account growth, oversee complex implementations, develop SOWs and roadmaps, lead cross-functional delivery teams, manage P&L and renewals, and ensure client satisfaction and platform ROI.

As a Senior Consultant, you will design and develop AI solutions using Anthropic models, support client engagements, and lead automation efforts while collaborating with delivery teams.

Develop and maintain enterprise e-commerce features within the SFCC framework using client- and server-side JavaScript.
