Maintains and optimizes semiconductor furnace equipment in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, flat-zone tuning, profiling, component replacement, tool matching, process support, SPC monitoring, root-cause analysis, CAPA, qualification, vendor coordination, documentation, and continuous improvement. The role focuses on uptime, yield, reliability, safety, equipment efficiency, and compliance with cleanroom and fab protocols.

Supports the Legal department with contract management, document preparation, contract reviews, corporate secretarial matters, entity records, notarization and legalization, legal repositories, invoices, filings, and compliance workstreams. Captures customer needs and market trends, coordinates with marketing and sales, monitors prototyping and qualification plans, and informs product and technology roadmaps. Requires regular international travel across Asia and the United States.
