Lead corporate financial planning and modeling, prepare board materials, own the integrated corporate model, partner with cross-functional leaders on budgeting and COGS, build AI-assisted finance workflows, and advise the Head of Finance on capital allocation and strategic decisions.

Provide front-line technical and product support to customers, troubleshoot issues, collaborate with engineering and product teams, create and improve support documentation, and use AI-assisted tools to increase response efficiency and quality.

Lead go-to-market for assigned product areas: develop positioning, messaging, and sales enablement; partner with product and sales; launch features; drive adoption and revenue; track impact metrics and translate customer and competitive insights into product and roadmap recommendations.
