Lead end-to-end category management for Corporate Services sub-categories: sourcing, RFXs, contract lifecycle, negotiations, supplier performance, and cost-reduction initiatives. Partner with stakeholders, perform spend analysis and market research, ensure procurement policy compliance, and champion sustainable procurement and supplier diversity.

Coordinate and deliver in-person and virtual hospitality training for hotel renewals, onboarding, and performance improvement. Design instructional materials, train-the-trainer programs, and digital learning resources. Schedule and run on-site sessions, measure training ROI using guest satisfaction and mystery shop metrics, and support continuous improvement to elevate guest experience and frontline execution.

Develop and execute spirits and complementary-category range strategies across physical stores and digital platforms. Source innovative domestic and international products, manage supplier partnerships and negotiations, lead localized ranging and range reviews, and collaborate with strategy, insights, operations, logistics, store development, and trade teams to deliver customer-focused product and store innovation.

Lead enterprise transformation benefits management and realization. Develop and embed benefits frameworks, validate business case assumptions, track actuals against targets, quantify ROI, support budgeting and forecasting, and partner with Finance and project stakeholders to ensure savings and strategic outcomes are delivered and accountable.

Lead financial benefits realization for enterprise transformation initiatives. Define measurable financial and strategic outcomes, validate business cases, track actuals against targets, develop executive dashboards and reporting, identify corrective actions, and improve enterprise benefits management frameworks. Partner with Finance, project leaders, executives, and governance forums to connect transformation milestones with P&L results and investment priorities.

Leads enterprise financial planning and performance management, including Board reporting, budgeting, forecasting, five-year planning, investor reporting, capital allocation, and cost management. Partners with executive leadership, Strategy, and the Results Delivery Office to align priorities with delivery. Drives performance measurement, digital and AI-enabled finance transformation, and team development.

Provide commercial finance support to Marketing and Beer & Cider teams through budgeting, forecasting, campaign tracking, ROI analysis, month-end reporting, variance analysis, and performance commentary. Identify financial trends, risks, and opportunities, deliver actionable insights to non-finance stakeholders, and improve commercial reporting processes. This is a six-month fixed-term contract based in Sydney or Melbourne.
