The Finance & Data Analyst reconciles financial data across accounting, banking, and insurance carrier systems; writes SQL and Python for analysis and automation; builds dashboards and reporting tools; identifies anomalies and drives root-cause resolution; supports forecasting, budgeting, and cash-flow planning; and improves financial controls, data quality, and recurring finance workflows. The role partners with accounting, operations, engineers, and leadership in a multi-entity insurance scale-up.

Build and maintain acquisition-focused websites, landing pages, blogs, reusable design-system blocks, and AI-powered content tools. Ship growth experiments, optimize SEO and Core Web Vitals, implement accessible and polished interfaces, and manage website CI/CD, Netlify infrastructure, monitoring, and performance. Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Design, and Marketing while enabling non-engineers to manage routine website content and supporting expansion into new markets and products.

Own measurement for a product area, define metrics and KPIs, design and interpret experiments, analyze customer funnels, conversion, retention, and cohorts across markets, and improve the metric layer and underlying data. Partner with Product and Growth leaders to guide roadmap decisions and ensure data remains reliable for growth, risk, and financial reporting.

Build and own scalable insurance platform features supporting policy lifecycle management, payments, renewals, cancellations, and back-office tooling. Lead discovery and delivery of reusable capabilities across European markets and insurance products. Apply domain-driven design and service-oriented architecture to complex production systems, collaborate across product and engineering teams, and use AI effectively in daily development. Help establish strong observability and provide technical leadership as the platform expands.

Provide technical leadership for the Insurance Platform team, owning end-to-end policy lifecycle management, payment flows, and backoffice tooling. Design scalable platform abstractions that support new insurance products and country markets without custom integrations. Maintain operational health, evolve complex web applications and services, and translate product demands into reusable capabilities. Collaborate across product and engineering teams while applying domain-driven design, service-oriented architecture, observability, and AI-assisted development practices.

Work with Product and Insurance teams to define KPIs, analyze A/B tests, build and maintain real-time dashboards, contribute to dbt-based data pipelines, and provide data-driven recommendations to influence product roadmap and outcomes.

Provide in-house legal support for Insify's international expansion across Europe: advise on Dutch and EU commercial and regulatory law, own GDPR/privacy, embed legal into Product/Growth/Commercial, build compliance infrastructure, and enable faster market entry by turning legal risk into strategic advantage.

Lead France content strategy and execution for Insify: create and manage customer-facing content (blog, landing pages, e-books, CRM flows, social), optimize SEO/SEA, support UX copy and channel launches, brief and manage external partners, and drive retention lifecycle communications to grow brand awareness among freelancers and small entrepreneurs.

Lead Insify’s brand strategy and voice across markets, manage a small creative team and agencies, own brand health metrics, run measurable brand campaigns, ensure product fluency informs creative, and embed brand judgment across customer touchpoints to drive awareness, trust, and organic demand.

The VP Finance at Insify will lead finance operations, strategic financial planning, investor relations, and regulatory reporting while implementing AI-driven automation and managing a finance team.
