Serve as the technical liaison between upfitters and Harbinger engineering for Step Van and Low Cab Forward platforms. Perform CATIA-based 3D modeling and CAD integration, sanitize and export CAD data, translate body specifications into chassis requirements, maintain 2D drawing libraries, perform packaging studies, define approved configurations, coordinate design changes, and drive continuous improvement with manufacturing and ERP teams.

Serve as a strategic HR partner to Sales, Customer Operations and G&A, building people programs, handling employee relations, supporting hourly/manufacturing HR operations (payroll, benefits, performance), advising on compensation and sales incentives, and launching measurable HR initiatives to improve engagement, retention, and business outcomes.

Plan, execute, and analyze vehicle tests across systems (powertrain, chassis, electrical). Instrument vehicles, perform field testing, analyze data, document issues in Jira, collaborate with design and manufacturing, and maintain/calibrate test equipment while improving test methods.

Perform accurate data entry, verification, and maintenance in the ERP system; gather requirements, analyze existing data and reports, propose improvements, and support testing and implementation of system updates.

The SEC Reporting Manager will lead public company readiness, external financial reporting, technical accounting, and internal controls, while ensuring compliance with SEC standards and U.S. GAAP.

Design, integrate, test, and validate vehicle electrical architectures and components for commercial EVs. Work with suppliers on wiring harnesses and power electronics, create requirements and test plans, troubleshoot system-level electrical issues, and collaborate with mechanical, software, and manufacturing teams while maintaining documentation.
