Design, develop, and scale backend systems supporting vehicle data management, simulations, analytics, and software management. Lead supplier-facing release engineering for low-voltage electrical components and wire harnesses. Manage 2D/3D design reviews, ECO/ECR lifecycle, PLM/BOM, and project schedules to ensure timely delivery and integration with HV systems, firmware, and manufacturing.

Lead strategic design and implementation of automated manufacturing equipment for EV drivetrain assembly. Manage equipment lifecycle and optimize processes for high-precision manufacturing.

The Internal Audit Manager will lead the company's internal audit function, ensuring SOX compliance, improving operational efficiency, and providing risk management and advisory support. This role requires extensive collaboration across various departments and the execution of risk-based internal audits.
