Own full-cycle technical recruiting for engineering and manufacturing teams. Responsibilities include sourcing passive candidates, partnering with hiring managers, conducting preliminary interviews, designing interview processes, managing candidate communication, negotiating offers, and maintaining Greenhouse data and recruiting metrics. The role requires managing multiple technical requisitions in an onsite, fast-paced EV startup environment.

Lead budgeting and forecasting for BOM, Engineering NRE, and tooling. Serve as BOM subject-matter expert, analyze variances, partner with Engineering and Supply Chain on ECOs and CRB reviews, ensure data integrity, and deliver ad hoc financial analyses and insights to support leadership decisions.

Design, develop, and scale backend systems supporting vehicle data management, simulations, analytics, and software management. Build APIs, microservices, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure; optimize performance, databases, scalability, and reliability. Implement testing, debugging, security, documentation, and infrastructure as code. Collaborate with embedded systems engineers, data scientists, and front-end developers to deliver robust software solutions.

Own and administer the ERP and financial systems (NetSuite, Coupa), design finance and procure-to-pay workflows, build and maintain integrations, automate manual processes, lead system enhancements and implementations, maintain data integrity and controls (including SOX support), manage vendors, and provide user training and support to scale finance operations.

Act as the technical partner to sales—lead technical discussions, demos, and RFP responses; recommend vehicle and charging configurations; support pilots, launches, dealer training, and cross‑functional resolution of technical issues to drive commercial EV fleet adoption.

Design and implement a vehicle Diagnostics Tool for core products and R&D, including an Android tablet proof-of-concept. Interface with vehicles and End-of-Line teams, perform unit and hardware-level testing, troubleshoot and validate diagnostic functions, and ensure compliance with safety and software architecture standards.

Lead design, deployment, and scaling of high-voltage battery test systems (HiPot, EOL, cyclers). Build test automation integrated with MES, enforce NFPA 70E safety, drive root-cause analyses, vendor selection, and continuous improvement to move processes from prototype to volume production.

Design and implement highly deterministic bare-metal and RTOS firmware for EV motor control. Develop BSPs and low-level drivers, implement and tune FOC and DSP-based control algorithms, optimize CPU/interrupt/memory performance, validate using HIL and real-time simulation, and collaborate with hardware and power electronics teams while producing thorough documentation.

Lead supplier-facing release engineering for low-voltage electrical components and wire harnesses. Manage 2D/3D design reviews, ECO/ECR lifecycle, PLM/BOM, and project schedules to ensure timely delivery and integration with HV systems, firmware, and manufacturing.

Lead strategic design and implementation of automated manufacturing equipment for EV drivetrain assembly. Manage equipment lifecycle and optimize processes for high-precision manufacturing.
