Manage and grow Easygo's sponsorship portfolio across regulated markets, ensuring alignment with local regulations and business objectives while delivering effective sponsorship strategies and maintaining partner relationships.

Lead and scale the global onboarding/induction program: design, deliver and continuously improve in-person and virtual experiences, run train-the-trainer, analyze survey/program data to drive fixes, report quarterly to leadership, and partner with People Ops, Talent Acquisition and Workplace Experience.
