The Operations Intern will handle tasks related to sample control and report generation, including order creation and data management.

Responsible for booking travel for inspectors, comparing prices, organizing trips, maintaining records, and creating purchase orders for expenses.

The Operations Specialist supports the Sample Control and Report Teams by managing workflows such as order creation, sample handling, report generation, and assisting with tasks from managers. Requires good communication skills and basic English proficiency.

The Operations Specialist will handle order submissions, assist with lab testing processes, coordinate sample storage, maintain filing systems, and prepare reports.

Perform sample control and report-team operations: create orders, take and add sample photos, log samples, operate AIMS, manage warehouse and filing, prepare report templates, combine data for auditors, send reports/invoices, and complete manager-assigned tasks on time.

Support Key Accounts Leaders by updating operational and training documents, coordinating and validating inspection reports, assigning dedicated inspectors, preparing regular reports, liaising to train staff, and organizing client-standard trainings to drive client KPIs.

Support production DevOps and infrastructure operations: deployment automation, Terraform IaC, cloud (AWS/Azure) management, Docker/Kubernetes troubleshooting, observability (Prometheus/Grafana/ELK), incident response, runbooks, and automation with Shell/Python.

Support smooth delivery of audit services by coordinating auditors, validating audit orders, liaising between key accounts, suppliers' factories and audit teams, and maintaining internal databases.
