Our Consumer Goods Division is dedicated to helping brands, retailers and manufacturers worldwide deliver safe, quality and ethically made products to their consumers. Every day at work, our inspectors, auditors, and lab techs use their expertise to help safeguard the products you use every day in your home: from clothes and footwear to toys and baby products, to electronics, appliances, and furniture.
Our operations department’s purpose is to deliver our industry-leading services to our clients while ensuring that all the work we do is performed to the QIMA standard of quality
Job DescriptionAssist our team of Key Accounts Leaders in their daily operations and project based missions.
You will be expected to:
- Update documents on operation processes as well as training materials for key clients
- Communicate efficiently with frontline inspectors and oversee inspection report content
- Manage specific activities to drive key clients KPIs
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports
- Issue dedicated inspectors to each key account
- Liaise with the coordination team to train new resources (dedicated inspectors) in essential areas
- Support key client report validation
- Organize periodic training on key client standards for both back-office teams and frontline inspectors
- Other tasks arranged by the management team
Qualifications
It could be you, if you have:
- A bachelor's degree (fresh graduates with a strong ambition to learn may also be considered)
- Familiarity with the quality control field (work experience is welcome, but not mandatory);
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English;
- The ability to work well under pressure while remaining detail-oriented
- A working knowledge of the MS Office Suite.
