Owns a portfolio of small and medium-sized SaaS customers, guiding them through onboarding, success planning, retention, renewals, and expansion. The role advocates for customers, resolves escalated issues, identifies upsell opportunities, collaborates with Account Management and Product teams, monitors customer satisfaction, and supports reviews and case studies. Monitor customer health and usage data, identify churn risks, execute proactive outreach, build playbooks and automation workflows, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer outcomes. Track KPIs such as engagement, adoption, churn risk, and retention while sharing insights to improve products and processes.

Lead and coach a team of Customer Success Managers while establishing operating cadences, enforcing CRM hygiene, and improving customer outcomes. Build playbooks for onboarding, account reviews, and renewals; own adoption, health, churn, retention, and expansion metrics; and coordinate with Sales and Product leadership. The role focuses on process improvement, risk mitigation, renewal support, KPI analysis, and building a high-accountability customer-first culture in a SaaS environment.
