The role requires strong communication, consultative selling, local restaurant industry knowledge, own transport, and a valid driver's license.

Supports the complaints administration and resolution process by investigating customer and logistics escalations, interpreting policies, coordinating with fulfillment, supply chain, customer service, and other stakeholders, and communicating resolutions.
