Handle and escalate marketplace seller and customer queries via tickets and phone, liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve issues, perform ad-hoc data capture and admin tasks, and suggest process and system improvements to enhance seller and customer experience.

Define and execute the Catalogue product roadmap, translate business needs into technical user stories, manage end-to-end delivery with engineering and UX, track and improve metrics, ensure compliance and scalability, and coordinate stakeholders across the product lifecycle.
