The role involves managing client requests related to supply processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365, analyzing business processes for optimization, ensuring data quality, and collaborating with multiple departments.

The Process Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining processes and documentation, conducting trainings, managing e-BOM, and creating innovative solutions for production improvements.

Manage client requests and customer orders in Dynamics 365, analyze and model business processes, ensure data accuracy through quality checks, provide recommendations to improve commercial efficiency, and coordinate cross-departmental process changes.

Manage client requests and customer order placement in Dynamics 365, analyze and model production/supply processes, recommend process and data-quality improvements, collaborate with commercial and other departments to implement changes.

Support and manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 processes for production, supply and order placement. Analyze and model business processes, perform data quality checks, and recommend improvements to commercial efficiency. Collaborate with commercial units and other departments to implement system and process changes.

Design, implement, and maintain manufacturing processes, documentation, and e-BOMs; prepare process drawings and time studies; research electrical and mechanical lighting solutions; train staff on technologies and procedures; configure MRP parameters and produce technical reports to support production modernization and variant generation.

Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing processes, drawings, flow charts and technical documentation. Manage e-BOM and MRP configurations, perform time studies, train employees on manufacturing procedures, research electrical and mechanical lighting solutions, propose process improvements, and produce technical reports.

Drive new commercial and project-based lighting sales across Western Australia by building relationships with contractors, wholesalers, consultants, architects, councils and project stakeholders. Manage pipeline and CRM from early engagement through specification, tender support and handover. Work with internal design, engineering and project teams to convert opportunities across Schreder's broad lighting portfolio.

The Development Engineer will translate product requirements into technical specifications, oversee component selection, create electro-mechanical designs, conduct analysis on test results, build prototypes, and support product maintenance and cost reductions.
