Design and build core IaaS/PaaS components (APIs, backends, worker services), add features, improve test coverage and resilience, write technical documentation, run operational rotations, resolve customer incidents, and collaborate across Product, Design, and Documentation.

Lead the Storage Tribe to define technical vision and engineering strategy for distributed object and block storage. Manage 30–50 engineers and engineering managers, ensure production reliability and SLAs, drive low-level architecture decisions (Ceph, ZFS, NFS), coordinate with product teams, handle high-level incident escalation, and oversee recruitment and talent development for a high-scale storage platform.

Intern will manage purchase orders, follow up with suppliers, replenish spare parts, update ERP master data, monitor KPIs and stock, and support supply chain process improvements and documentation.

Serve as the primary technical advisor for enterprise customers, coordinating support, engineering, and product teams to drive cloud adoption, architect scalable solutions, manage migrations and incidents, run QSRs and steering committees, monitor SLAs, provide FinOps guidance, and relay product feedback.
