Own daily treasury operations during Qonto’s transition from payment institution to licensed bank. Manage cash flows, liquidity, banking infrastructure, ALM execution, regulatory implementation, and a three-person treasury team. Lead the treasury workstream for the banking license project, coordinate with Product, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and core banking teams, and build operational processes and systems aligned with banking requirements.

Own pricing and product launches, represent Dutch customer and competitive insights internally, influence product roadmap priorities, collaborate with Product, Tech, Sales, and leadership, and measure impact on activation, adoption, and revenue. The role requires strong B2B fintech market expertise, fluent Dutch and professional English, customer-centric strategy development, cross-functional influence, and comfort working in an early-stage, test-driven market.

Build and enhance customer-facing web applications in React while supporting the migration of 1.1 million lines of code from Ember.js. Collaborate with Product, Design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality features, improve developer tools and processes, and contribute to the company design system and UI library. Use AI tools such as Claude Code for codebase exploration, technical design, prototyping, testing, and accelerated delivery while maintaining strong quality and judgment.

Own CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy for Germany and Austria, developing programs across onboarding, activation, retention, expansion, and churn prevention. Build regional CRM processes and playbooks, collaborate with local marketing, product, and growth teams, and use platforms such as Braze, Customer.io, or HubSpot to manage complex customer journeys. Apply AI to campaign creation, testing, and reporting while presenting conversion, feature adoption, and business-impact results to stakeholders.

Support Qonto's Social Media and CRM newsletter: create short-form video and graphic content, write copy, scout creators, amplify events, manage community interactions, and build/send customer newsletters in the CRM while coordinating with Growth, Product and CRM teams.

Lead end-to-end internal audit missions across Qonto’s European operations, coordinate internal and external auditors, monitor recommendation implementation, and support risk assessments and multi-year audit planning. The role requires independent leadership, broad banking or payments audit expertise, clear communication with stakeholders at all levels, and fluent English and French. The manager will work across Operations, Risk, Finance, Tech, Product, and local market teams during Qonto’s credit institution licensing process.

Own a section of qonto.com and its conversion strategy, from identifying problems through shipping improvements and measuring impact. Run continuous A/B testing using CRO and web analytics tools, collaborate with SEO, Content, Product Marketing, Legal, and local market teams, and translate product features into optimized landing pages, navigation, and upsell experiences. Benchmark competitors and manage growth sprints with engineers and designers.

Lead compliance-focused internal audit missions across Qonto’s nine European markets. Coordinate internal auditors and external providers, oversee recommendation follow-up, contribute to risk assessments and risk-based audit planning, and communicate findings to operational teams, senior management, and governance bodies. The role requires banking or payment institution audit expertise, strong regulatory compliance knowledge, autonomy, critical thinking, and fluent English and French. The position is based in Paris or Milan.
