Lead a high-velocity testing engine across audiences, creatives, and campaign structures, partner on attribution and incrementality, and translate performance signals into creative hypotheses. Build automations and AI-native tooling to speed UA workflows and align channel decisions with unit economics.

Lead the self-serve product experience for SMB e-commerce sellers: define problems, build and execute roadmap, convert AI capabilities into features, drive usage and revenue, work closely with engineers, designers, and researchers, and use data and regular user interviews to inform decisions.

Lead activation, monetization, and retention for SMB e-commerce across mobile and web. Own growth metrics end-to-end, run high-velocity A/B testing and experiments, design paywalls/pricing/onboarding, partner with User Acquisition and core product, and use SQL and analytics to find insights and ship features that move KPIs.

Provide end-to-end GDPR and privacy compliance, own data subject requests and compliance documentation, embed privacy into product and ML workflows, lead commercial contracting for sales, support other legal needs (trademarks, corporate, labor), and potentially grow into the DPO role.
