Provide high-trust executive and operational support to C-suite leaders, manage complex calendars, meetings, travel logistics, governance/workflow processes (DocuSign, SharePoint, Confluence, Monday.com), onboarding/offboarding coordination, expense and budget tracking, office operations, and executive communications and presentations.

Coordinate client communications and documentation, support product releases, assist with onboarding, training, account administration, and act as a central coordinator for internal requests and cross-functional initiatives to ensure timely resolution and high customer service.
