Responsibilities include network site design, data center and PoP deployments, Cisco and Juniper configuration, cloud connectivity, circuit validation, capacity management, incident escalation, troubleshooting, resilience improvements, vendor analysis, procurement, and infrastructure project delivery. The role also provides technical mentorship, documentation, reporting, and cross-functional coordination to improve network performance, reliability, and customer outcomes.

Diagnose and resolve complex network incidents, customer escalations, and critical alerts across production network services. Lead deals desk and pricing operations, design commission structures, prepare forecasting, variance analysis and dashboards, and partner with sales, legal, engineering and operations to drive profitable commercial outcomes.

Provide trusted executive support to the CEO and leadership team by managing complex calendars, meetings, travel, events, expenses, stakeholder communications, and confidential information. The role requires anticipating executive needs, coordinating priorities across time zones, supporting business initiatives, and maintaining smooth operations in a fast-moving global technology company.
