Lead design and maintenance of salary bands, job evaluations, and pay reviews. Manage benefits programs and compliance. Drive compensation policy, execute annual review cycles, analyze pay data, build dashboards, and advise leadership on compensation and equity (BSPCE). Partner with HRBPs and stakeholders to ensure fair, budget-aligned pay practices.

Define and drive the 2–3 year technical vision for Malt's engineering platform; design and build platform foundations across backend, frontend, and SRE; prototype and embed production-grade autonomous AI agent workflows into the SDLC; deliver platform-as-a-product with self-service tools and guardrails; write production code, raise engineering standards, mentor engineers, and align technical leads across squads.

Execute high-volume, multi-channel outbound campaigns to target 10-15 enterprise focus accounts per quarter, qualify prospects using the PUF framework, book AE-scored meetings, maintain Salesforce hygiene, and collaborate with Account Executives to convert leads into pipeline.

Lead delivery and technical strategy for 1–2 product squads (8–10 engineers). Own architecture decisions, drive backend refactoring, remove technical and organizational blockers, recruit and mentor senior engineers, and align technical roadmaps with Product and business goals.
