As Compensation & Benefits Manager you'll focus. on:
- Compensation Structure Management: Design, implement, and maintain the company's salary banding and grading structure to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness. Conduct job evaluations and market pricing against industry standards.
- Annual Compensation Reviews: Lead the annual compensation review cycle (including salary increases, bonuses, and equity grants). Partner with leadership and HRBPs to ensure fair, consistent, and budget-aligned pay plan administration.
- Benefits Program Oversight: Manage the full range of employee benefits programs (e.g., health insurance, retirement, wellness). Ensure, in partnership with local HRBPs, all programs maintain local regulatory compliance.
- Policy Development: Develop and document clear compensation policies and guidelines, ensuring transparency and effective communication to employees.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct in-depth analysis of compensation data, trends, and forecasts to provide insights and recommendations to leadership. Create dashboards for monitoring pay plan effectiveness, budgeting, and cost management.
About you:
Background: 6–9 years of direct experience as a C&B Partner with exposure to compensation and benefits practices within at least two international organizations.
Strategic Growth: Proven track record transitioning from policy execution to designing and recommending new compensation structures and benefits programs aligned with evolving business needs.
Executive Presence: Demonstrated ability to present complex data to senior leadership and influence key business decisions.
BSPCE Equity Schemes: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing BSPCE equity plans.
Agile Environment: Proven ability to thrive in highly dynamic, fast-paced environments requiring high reactivity, velocity, and strict accuracy.
Drive & Ownership: Strong sense of ownership, high execution velocity, and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
Software Mastery: Hands-on experience using HRIS platforms and dedicated compensation management software.
Technical Execution: Skilled in data cleansing, configuring systems for review cycles, and building detailed executive-level dashboards.
