Own Form3’s global sponsor bank enablement strategy and build strategic relationships with banks, financial institutions, and payment providers. Develop partnership models, onboarding frameworks, market-entry playbooks, and commercial propositions while translating payment infrastructure and regulatory requirements into product direction. Uses AI, automation, and marketing technology to improve targeting, personalization, and campaign performance. Monitors funnel metrics, connects marketing investment to revenue, and improves website conversion and user journeys while collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams.

Own and support delivery of Form3’s US Payments product suite across FedNow, RTP, Fedwire, Zelle, and ACH. Translate product vision into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications while collaborating with Engineering, Product, customers, and internal stakeholders. Analyze product changes and data, provide subject-matter expertise, support gateway development, and contribute to prioritization and continuous improvement.
