Manage daily car rental operations to ensure fast, efficient service and fleet readiness. Lead, coach, and hire a sales-driven team; monitor KPIs, generate Excel-based reports, forecast staffing and fleet needs, resolve operational bottlenecks, and drive process improvements to protect customer satisfaction and profitability.

Greet customers returning vehicles, inspect and document vehicle condition, check vehicles back into the fleet, manage keys and final rental paperwork, support branch operations, contribute to quality control of fleet damage records, and deliver excellent customer service.

Lead enterprise risk management activities across the group: maintain risk registers and methodologies, run risk identification and assessment, support mitigation plans, report to Executive Management, coordinate with Legal, Compliance and Data Protection, and support business continuity and crisis preparedness while promoting a strong risk culture.

Lead daily operations of a roadside assistance call center, manage workflow, coach agents, handle escalations, monitor productivity, deliver training and performance feedback, enforce policies, and support peak call handling while fostering a customer-first team culture.
