Lead the design, development, stabilization, and operation of Java and Spring Boot backend services. Create automated tests with React Testing Library, Cypress, and Playwright, contribute to micro frontend architecture, and work with Git, Docker, CI/CD, and agile teams. Participate in code reviews, production stabilization, and rollout activities.

Develop and improve Java and Spring Boot backend services, microservices, and REST APIs for the Charisma solution. Design data models, optimize PostgreSQL queries, implement integrations, and apply modern architecture principles. Build automated, performance, and load tests while supporting Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with frontend, quality, and business teams in an agile environment to deliver scalable, reliable software and support solution rollouts.

Provides senior SAP consulting across HCM, SuccessFactors, FI/CO, and Logistics modules. Configures, implements, customizes, tests, documents, and supports SAP solutions; translates client requirements into functional and technical designs; troubleshoots issues; presents solutions; and supports projects and rollouts. May lead projects, collaborate with ABAP developers, write or review ABAP reports, manage master data considerations, and mentor junior colleagues. German and English at B2 level are required for most modules, with travel expected.

Design and refine SIEM detection use cases and rules, collaborate with SOC for validation, analyze log data and attacks, create dashboards/reports, and contribute to knowledge sharing and process development.

Design, implement and optimize Microsoft 365 collaboration and modern workplace solutions (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, AVD). Deliver identity, security and governance (Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, Zero Trust), migrate on‑prem Active Directory, and consult on information architecture, device management and user adoption. Support Azure landing zones and cloud transformation as needed, lead technical workshops and collaborate with customers and internal teams. German and English (B2) required.

Design and deliver end-to-end software solutions and architectures, lead and coach development teams, analyze customer requirements, produce documentation and PoCs, design integrations and test infrastructure, ensure compliance with standards, and participate in deployments and lessons learned.
