Lead development and maintenance of integrated rail project programmes using Primavera P6 and MS Project. Monitor progress, perform critical path and earned value analysis, identify risks and recovery strategies, produce reports, support change management, review subcontractor programmes, mentor junior planners, and ensure compliance with client standards and railway governance throughout tender to close-out phases.

Define, design, implement and govern an end-to-end PLM solution for a major nuclear project. Ensure alignment with business needs, engineering processes, IT standards and regulatory requirements. Provide architectural direction, design authority, configuration and change management, traceability, scalability, compliance, and integration across systems.

Provide technical leadership for electrical design and assessment of defence infrastructure, perform plant walkdowns and Periodic Safety Reviews (PSRs), assess ageing and fitness-for-service of electrical systems, specify reliability/operational constraints, review maintenance/work-control procedures, and ensure safety and security compliance of safety-related contracts.

Provide desktop support to internal users: install, upgrade, and troubleshoot hardware, OS (Windows/Linux/macOS), applications and peripherals. Perform remote diagnostics, resolve tickets, document solutions, escalate complex issues, and produce technical documentation to improve user satisfaction and system security.
