Build and grow Sleek’s Australian channel partner network across fintech, SaaS, eCommerce, accounting, and SME ecosystems. Identify and acquire partners, manage the relationship from outreach through onboarding, negotiate commercial terms, activate partnerships with Sales and Marketing, and improve referrals, conversions, customer acquisition, and ROI. The role requires a quota-carrying hunter with strong commercial acumen, an established Australian SME network, and the ability to independently close new partnerships.

Manage a portfolio of Australian SME clients, preparing compliant BAS and IAS lodgements, reconciling financial records, producing monthly management reports, and delivering actionable financial insights. The role involves direct client communication, end-to-end accounting ownership, advisory services, and collaboration with Australian tax professionals. Senior applicants may review work and provide deeper financial guidance. Corporate tax return preparation is advantageous.

Prepare and lodge BAS and IAS returns, reconcile GST and payroll liabilities, maintain complete client accounts, and manage accounts payable and receivable. Prepare management reports, support payroll, and ensure compliance with Australian regulations. Act as the primary accounting advisor for SME clients, managing relationships end to end and providing clear financial insights. Corporate tax return experience is advantageous.

Hunter-focused partnerships role to identify, engage and activate new partners in Singapore. Execute outreach campaigns, onboard partners, track pipeline in CRM, and collaborate with marketing/sales to drive partner-driven customer acquisition (target: 10 new partners/month and 30 new customers/month).

Lead strategic partnerships in Hong Kong to drive customer acquisition and revenue. Identify, sign, and scale high-impact partners in Fintech, eCommerce, and related industries to meet aggressive customer targets. Owner of outbound partner acquisition in Australia: hunt, pitch, negotiate, and close high-impact partnerships across fintech, eCommerce and tech to drive scalable SMB customer acquisition and rapid pipeline conversion. Collaborate with sales and marketing to activate partners, track performance, and meet aggressive customer targets.

Convert inbound leads into customers through consultative sales conversations with founders, startups and SMEs. Advise on Sleek services, manage pipeline in HubSpot, collaborate with sales team, use AI tools to prepare and qualify leads, and contribute process improvements to increase conversion.

Provide trilingual (English/Cantonese/Mandarin) remote support for Hong Kong SME clients across onboarding, document submission, and issue resolution via email, chat and phone. Troubleshoot incorporation, accounting and compliance issues, escalate to internal teams, collect feedback, and suggest product/process improvements to improve customer experience.
