Prepare and lodge BAS/IAS ensuring GST and payroll compliance with ATO; maintain full client accounts using Xero/Dext/SleekBooks; manage AP/AR, reconciliations, payroll support; prepare monthly management accounts and client financial insights; collaborate with bookkeeping and tax teams to ensure ledger integrity.

Manage a portfolio of Australian SME clients delivering accurate BAS/IAS lodgements, reconciled financial records, monthly management reports, and actionable financial insights. Act as the clients' accounting partner, liaise directly with Australian clients and AU tax professionals, and provide advisory beyond compliance.

Provide one-month Singapore corporate secretarial support focused on data quality, reconciling and filing ACRA/Bizfile records, diagnosing recurring data mismatches, testing CS transformation projects, and producing SOPs and a structured handover to the permanent team.
