Provide first-level technical support for Daylight PMS customers via phone and electronic channels. Troubleshoot, replicate, diagnose issues, document resolution steps, escalate when needed, update knowledge base, and attend product training to maintain service levels and customer satisfaction.

Implement and configure Shiji PMS and Meetings & Events solutions for hospitality customers across the Middle East. Provide technical consultancy, integrate PMS interfaces, configure fiscal/legal settings, train staff, manage go-live activities onsite, report project status, and deliver internal consultation. Frequent travel (70-80%) required.

Coordinate international hardware order fulfillment, shipments, customs documentation, inventory and returns with warehouses, suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams. Maintain records, support demand forecasting, and identify process improvements to streamline logistics operations across regions.
