Drive growth of Agoda Homes in Japan by sourcing and acquiring non-hotel accommodations, building relationships with partners, reporting KPIs, supporting regional projects, developing host communities, preparing partner materials, and consolidating host feedback to inform product improvements.

Partners with Commercial, Supply, and Strategic Partnerships leaders to develop and execute people strategies. Drives organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, leadership development, change management, and organizational design. Uses people data and insights to guide retention, engagement, and performance decisions, while connecting HR teams and coaching stakeholders. Supports scalable HR programs, transformation initiatives, and operational needs across a global organization.

Analyze data for performance marketing, optimizing campaigns on various platforms, and developing models and dashboards for insights.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for Supply roles: intake to offer and pre-onboarding. Partner with hiring managers, monitor pipeline metrics, use data to mitigate risks, maintain records, and collaborate with People Team functions to deliver a fair, efficient candidate experience.

Manage a portfolio of emerging accommodation partners across MEA: drive partner registration and program participation, train partners on Agoda tools, communicate proactively, use data to prioritize tasks and grow revenue.

Manage a portfolio of 75-100 mid-tail hotels to grow supply coverage and quality through remote relationship management, performance analysis, product activation, and use of Agoda digital tools to track and improve key supply metrics.

Provide expert employee relations advice across Japan: coach managers on performance and misconduct, conduct investigations, manage terminations and disciplinary processes, analyze ER trends, recommend policy and process improvements, partner with HR/Legal and department stakeholders, and drive automation of HR processes such as performance management and offboarding.

Lead commercial analytics and project management for Financial Institutions partnerships: build dashboards and KPI frameworks, run deep-dive analyses, develop business cases and go-to-market recommendations, coordinate cross-functional FI initiatives, track impact, and influence senior stakeholders to drive partner performance and portfolio growth.

Design and develop BI solutions for Rocket Travel by Agoda. Collaborate with stakeholders and engineering to ensure accurate data capture, build dashboards and reports, implement data quality processes, and support data migrations from legacy systems. Six-month Bangkok contract with cross-functional teamwork and flexible hours.

Lead a team of Payment & Operations Support specialists to manage escalated payment cases, refunds, chargebacks and gateway issues. Monitor KPIs, analyze operational data using Excel/SQL/Tableau, drive root-cause investigations, partner with Finance/Risk/Operations for continuous improvement, and onboard and coach new team members while ensuring compliance and reducing financial loss.
