Provide strategic legal guidance and ongoing support to membership clients across a broad range of commercial disputes, oversee follow-on work, scope and prioritise matters, mentor junior lawyers, and identify improvements to the membership experience.

Provide commercial legal advice to a diverse client portfolio, draft/review/negotiating commercial and IT contracts, advise on IP, licensing, regulatory compliance, privacy and consumer law, build and own client relationships, and supervise and mentor junior lawyers while developing the practice.
