Manage the UK accounts receivable function, including collections, aged and escalated accounts, payment plans, invoicing, payment allocation, reconciliations, reporting, debt recovery, and month-end support. Collaborate with Finance, Client Success, and Legal teams to resolve account issues, maintain accurate records, improve collection performance, and contribute to billing and receivables process automation. The role requires cross-time-zone collaboration with the Australian Finance team.

Commercial debt recovery lawyer responsible for preparing legal and enforcement documents, advising clients, managing high-volume caseloads, appearing in court or tribunals, and liaising with process servers and agencies.
