Serve as the CEO’s execution partner during Scurri’s US expansion. Responsibilities include leading B2B sales cycles and technical demos, developing partner pipeline, supporting GTM marketing, establishing local operations and compliance, coordinating trade shows and early customer support, preparing board materials, managing EOS cadence, and overseeing CEO priorities, calendar, travel, and board logistics. The role requires strong SaaS or AI sales expertise, strategic operations experience, adaptability, frequent travel, and an entrepreneurial zero-to-one mindset.

Configure customer accounts, user profiles, sandbox environments, integrations, carriers, plans, SSO, and platform settings. Manage administrative support queues, respond to customer requests, route complex technical issues to engineers, and maintain internal setup documentation. Use AI tools, prompt engineering, and automation workflows to improve productivity and operational efficiency while providing clear, empathetic support across phone, email, chat, and video.

Provide technical support for a SaaS delivery management platform through phone, email, and live chat. Diagnose and resolve bugs, API issues, and integration queries; replicate defects and escalate them to Engineering; maintain troubleshooting and self-service documentation; and develop AI-assisted workflows. The role also identifies recurring UX issues, supports product roadmap improvements, and operates within established SLAs to improve customer satisfaction.

Design, deploy, and scale AI-powered automation workflows across departments using platforms such as n8n, Zapier, Make, custom services, and large language models. Responsibilities include process mapping, API integrations, RAG and agent development, monitoring reliability and costs, documenting solutions, training business teams, managing project priorities, and promoting secure data handling. The role requires cross-functional collaboration, self-direction, and frequent international travel.
