The Enterprise Account Executive will drive Scalapay's growth by managing enterprise partnerships, targeting high-value deals, and collaborating with C-level executives for tailored solutions.

Manage and grow a portfolio of Italian travel merchants (tour operators, transport, accommodation, experiences) through upselling, cross-selling, onboarding support, data-driven insights, co-marketing, and regular business reviews. Drive go-lives, optimize integrations, create case studies, forecast revenue, and represent merchant needs internally. Role requires frequent face-to-face merchant engagement and industry expertise.

Support merchant integration and onboarding by working with Sales, Tech, and Operations to implement payment systems, provide pre/post-integration operational assistance, resolve issues, identify process inefficiencies, and monitor KPIs, order flow, and service levels.

Support top-of-funnel sales by targeting and qualifying prospects across sectors, generating qualified C-level appointments, aligning with Account Executives, and maintaining CRM records. Meet quarterly targets and contribute to the Italian team's growth and positive culture while learning sales methodologies.

The Strategic Enterprise Account Executive will drive Scalapay's growth by managing partnerships with global enterprise clients, focusing on industries like Cosmetics, Fashion, and Travel, while crafting sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client success in collaboration with teams.

Identify and close new merchant opportunities in Italy across sectors. Own full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signature, lead sales calls and business reviews, build custom presentations, manage pipeline in HubSpot, and execute joint business plans to drive growth.

Support the Head of Risk by extracting and analyzing large transactional and financial datasets to monitor KRIs and credit metrics; assess operational risks and maintain the Risk Appetite Framework; perform 2nd Level Controls verification; build management reports and interactive dashboards; and drive reporting automation to reduce manual work.

The Credit Risk Analyst will monitor and analyze the credit portfolio, enhance scoring processes, and collaborate with teams to reduce credit risk and fraud.
