Act as Level 3 escalation in an MDR/SOC, leading complex incident investigations, threat hunting, detection tuning and remediation. Provide technical guidance to L1/L2 analysts, improve detection logic and security monitoring, support customer-facing optimisation, and document and report investigation findings to strengthen customer security posture.

Investigate and triage security alerts and incidents, perform log and pcap analysis, correlate events to identify threats, escalate confirmed incidents, assist senior analysts with mitigation and reporting, contribute to OT security monitoring and incident enrichment, and support continuous improvement of SOC processes and documentation.

Manage and grow a portfolio of existing and prospective customer accounts in Mauritius, driving revenue, retention, and expansion. Build account plans, identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities across managed and professional services, maintain pipeline in Salesforce, produce proposals, and collaborate with solution architects and marketing to meet sales and customer satisfaction targets.

Identify, engage, and qualify prospective customers for cybersecurity solutions via outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, and events. Build and maintain a pipeline, qualify prospects, schedule meetings/demos for Account Executives, maintain CRM records, collaborate with marketing, and follow up after meetings and campaigns.

Prepare month-end close, consolidated monthly board packs, IFRS financial statements, revenue and variance analysis, fixed assets accounting, tax and statutory returns, support audits and internal controls, manage working capital and FX exposure, and assist with acquisition accounting and financial reporting process improvements.
