We are looking for highly motivated and commercially minded Sales Development Representatives (SDR) with a Strong interest in Cybersecurity to join our team in Madrid. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers while developing a deep understanding of cybersecurity challenges, industry trends, and security solutions. This role is ideal for an individual with some prior experience in outbound calling looking to build a long-term career within the cybersecurity industry.

Success in this role requires resilience, curiosity, and the ability to handle objections while maintaining focus and momentum.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Identify and research potential customers and target accounts.
  • Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
  • Qualify prospects based on business needs, budget, authority, and timing.
  • Understanding prospects’ IT environments, cybersecurity needs, and business priorities
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities
  • Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and lead nurturing.
  • Following up with prospects after meetings or marketing events

Required skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or customer-facing roles preferred.
  • Proven ability to independently source and generate leads using tools such as LinkedIn and online research
  • Strong interest in cybersecurity and technology.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and translate them into business value.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics is desirable.
  • Eager to learn, open to feedback, and committed to continuous development.
  • Highly motivated, disciplined, and target-driven with a proactive approach
