Lead business development and complex, high-value sales across India and APAC. Manage strategic prospects and clients, represent Aurora, pitch research and software solutions, negotiate contracts with senior executives, maintain Salesforce CRM processes, and contribute to product development. The role requires at least six years of commercial experience, strong communication, self-direction, and success closing sophisticated deals, ideally within the energy sector or subscription services.

Coordinate onboarding, workshops, events, service delivery, timelines, and client communications across accounts. Support account managers by identifying users, arranging product demos, preparing contracts, maintaining CRM records, tracking milestones, and preparing reporting packs. The role helps ensure consistent client experiences and drive subscription product adoption across energy-sector clients.

Manage global accounts payable operations across North and Latin America, including credit card reconciliations, invoice and supplier queries, vendor onboarding, payment runs, month-end close, expense audits, and supplier statement reconciliations. The role supports tax compliance, purchasing policies, audit requests, process improvements, and global cash-flow management while collaborating with suppliers, controllers, finance teams, and internal stakeholders.

Lead business development and commercial growth across China and APAC, managing high-value prospects and clients, complex sales processes, proposals, negotiations, and C-suite relationships. Use Salesforce to manage sales stages, represent Aurora’s energy research, data, and software offerings, and contribute to product development. Occasional deals may span North America and EMEA.

Coordinate client workshops, onboarding, events, delivery timelines, and service milestones across internal teams and accounts. Maintain client communication, CRM records, reporting packs, and delivery tracking. Identify users and coordinate product demonstrations to drive adoption, while supporting contracts for expansion opportunities without owning renewals, negotiations, or account strategy. The role requires strong organization, communication, follow-through, adaptability, English and Spanish fluency, and interest in energy markets.

Manage day-to-day Austin office operations, including facilities coordination, visitor access, supplies, mail, equipment, ticketing, procurement, vendors, invoices, purchase orders, and credit card reconciliation. Support office events, budgets, administrative processes, employee requests, and communication across departments while maintaining a welcoming, secure, and functional workplace.

Provide day-to-day onsite office coordination for the Singapore office: manage facilities, suppliers, maintenance, procurement and finance support, contract and compliance document tracking, organise events and regional meetings, and improve SOPs, templates and operational processes to ensure a smooth workplace for employees and visitors across APAC.

Coordinate onboarding, workshops, and delivery for subscription products; act as central liaison between clients and internal teams; track milestones, maintain CRM records, support demos and reporting, and help drive product adoption.
