Lead product design across Toddle’s web and mobile education applications. Responsibilities include user research, problem definition, interaction and visual design, storyboarding, prototyping, design reviews, and launching features in partnership with product and engineering. The designer will own product initiatives, advocate for educator needs, mentor team members, and contribute to hiring and design-team growth.

Evaluate Toddle’s product through an IB educator’s perspective, test new features, identify workflow and usability gaps, and collaborate with product, design, engineering, and education teams. Develop and evaluate AI prompts and outputs for pedagogical quality, IB alignment, accuracy, and tone. Support launches by creating educator-facing documentation, videos, help articles, release notes, and clear product terminology.

Product Designer responsible for researching educator needs, designing web and mobile product experiences, creating storyboards, mockups, and prototypes, and partnering with product and engineering to launch features. The role owns design initiatives from problem definition through delivery, participates in design reviews, mentors colleagues, advocates for users, and contributes to hiring. The position focuses on creating intuitive experiences for Toddle’s education platform and understanding the needs of educators, students, families, and school leaders.
