Responsibilities include building regional teams, managing budgets and agency relationships, developing creator programs, negotiating talent partnerships, establishing measurement and fraud-prevention frameworks, reporting ROI, implementing scalable processes, and managing stakeholder and reputation issues. The role requires extensive creator ecosystem knowledge, multilingual regional experience, commercial acumen, and leadership of distributed teams.

Leads Lenskart’s global omnichannel customer support organization across online, retail, and eye-care services. Owns support strategy, P&L, operational performance, customer metrics, automation, tooling, crisis management, workforce development, and BPO partnerships. The role manages large distributed teams, improves customer journeys through data-driven root-cause analysis, and partners with Product and Engineering on self-service and AI support solutions.

Own end-to-end product experiences across customer, store, and warehouse ecosystems. Define product strategy, conduct user and data-informed design, create high-fidelity UI and prototypes, manage metrics, design CRM and growth-marketing assets, collaborate with engineering, maintain visual and design-system consistency, and mentor junior designers.
