Provide end-to-end support for mission-critical SAP environments, owning complex cases from investigation through resolution. Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize SAP solutions across modules including SD, FICO, HR/Payroll, WM, BW, and MM. Responsibilities include headhunting, talent mapping, pipeline development, market and salary benchmarking, recruitment quality oversight, hiring-manager partnership, employer branding, and coaching internal recruiters. The role supports senior and business-critical appointments across international markets and is fully remote within the UK.

Own end-to-end SAP support cases across functional modules, using ABAP expertise to diagnose root causes, configure and optimize solutions, and deliver validated fixes within SLAs. Build trusted client relationships, coordinate technical and functional teams, drive continuous improvement, share knowledge, and stay current with SAP releases, AI, and emerging technologies.

Serve as the SAP UK Payroll functional expert, analysing UK legislative changes, designing functional solutions, configuring SAP HCM Payroll, producing functional specifications, validating and testing payroll deliverables, and advising Public Sector customers. Work with development and QA teams in Agile delivery, mentor colleagues on payroll testing, and support complex payroll scenarios including RTI, multiple employment, sequencing, and backdated pay awards.

Monitor and interpret U.S. and Canadian tax and regulatory changes, assess impacts on payroll/finance systems, advise Product and Delivery teams, prepare documentation, track upcoming regulations, and provide training to ensure compliant ERP (FSCM/HCM) updates.
