Designs, implements, and supports Microsoft Power Platform solutions across a large enterprise. Responsibilities include developing Power Apps and Power Automate solutions, administering Dataverse and Managed Environments, establishing governance and DLP policies, supporting Copilot Studio, resolving technical issues, leading projects, mentoring staff, and ensuring compliance with security, GxP, software lifecycle, and corporate standards.

Leads strategic account management for enterprise creative, marketing, and communications initiatives. Advises executive and C-suite stakeholders, oversees multidisciplinary teams, manages agency partners, budgets, resources, vendors, and complex programs from concept through execution. Drives business growth, stakeholder engagement, quality, compliance, and operational excellence across executive communications, product launches, campaigns, digital experiences, events, and multimedia productions.

Leads finance transformation change management and enablement initiatives, driving culture, behavior, process, and operating-model adoption. Partners with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to develop integrated change strategies, assess readiness, remove adoption barriers, deliver training, coach managers, and measure behavior and culture outcomes. Applies structured methodologies such as PROSCI and ACMP to embed sustainable change and continuous improvement across AbbVie Finance.

Leads talent acquisition process optimization across functional and geographic boundaries.
